Five years and 211 days in a row have passed since I broke my bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep over 15-time push-ups for the ninth straight day including
the most recent five days of 18 times of them.

Actually, I am about to get fed up with scorching sunlight especially on my way to the
workplace by bike though I can put up with the heat on my way home in the evening.
The predicted highest temperature in Nagoya is 34 degrees today, and what is worse,
it is so humid or muggy due maily to the south wind from the typhoon #1.
This may be a misguided idea, but I want to try saying that I would like the typhoon
to come closer to the Japanese archipelago......Just kidding.
