I stopped doing push-ups yesterday because of the severe low back pain.
I took a painkiller well-known as Rokisonin two times a day.
I woke up early this morning since I felt like going to the toilet, but
I felt a severe pain in my low back maybe because the drug effectiveness has ended.
Anyway, I feel blue....I really want the pain to completely disappear as soon as possible.
