It has been three years and 190 days in a row since I kicked smoking.
I managed to incease the number of push-ups to one set of nineteen times and was able to
keep over one set of fifteen-time push-ups for the fifth successive day.
To my relief, the irritation skin of my low back has almost completely gone now.
It's sunny and sometimes cloudy, and actually it's pretty humid in Nagoya.
I hope to do walking but actually I'm wondering if I should not in fear of heat attack.
