Daily Routine

Push-ups:0 times
Walking: 40 minutes
Standing with one leg :7 minutes each
jogging on the spot :0 minutes

Three years and 185 days in a row have passed since I stopped smoking.
I didn't do push-ups for the third successive day because of the pain in my low back.
The pain has almost completely gone by today and I hope to resume physical exercises little by
little besides yesterday's standing-with-one-leg.
Actually my low back has been irritated by using some plasters, so I'm going to wait and see
how things go without plaster.
Anyway I hope to do a middle-distance walking after some training.
