It has been three years and 183 days in a row since I gave up smoking.
I've decided not to do Push-ups, Standing with one leg or jogging on the spot due mainly
to the pain in my low back until the pain has completely gone.
I've noticed that one of the main causes of low-back pain may be to remain motionless at the
same position including keeping desk work for several hours.
Now, I've decided to do very light physical exercise sometimes during my desk work.
Anyway now I really have to wait for the pain to disappear.
