Three years and 158 days in a row have passed since I kicked smoking.
I was able to keep two sets of 18-time push-ups for the second consecutive day and over one set
of 16-time push-ups for the tenth successive day.
It's quite cloudy today in Nagoya and it looks like it's going to start raining soon.
I managed to do walking yesterday but today I might as well stop it....because I may be caught
in a sudden rain.
