I have kept no-smoking for three years and 157 days in a row.
I tried increasing the number of push-ups by one time each to two sets of 18-time push-ups and kept
over one set of 16 times of them for the ninth straight day.
It was sunny in the morning but now it's cloudy just like it's going to start raining late in the
evening.
I've got a little pain in my left knee and am wondering if I should stop doing walking today.
I hope to do it but actually....Well, I might as well cast lots.^^;;;
