Note PC Fan 購入、PCHub.com

　Dell社のノートPC、studio15のファンが回らなくなった。

　以前同じDell社のinspiron4100用のFanを購入したシンガポールの会社PCHub.comにまた注文することにした。

　前回は中古のファンが2000円、それに送料2000円を払って注文から４８時間後にDHLで品物が届いた。今回は中古ファンの価格が533円で送料は無料だと言う。

　2013年3月31日、考えることも無く注文しPayPal経由で支払った。

　2013年4月2日、電子メールでinvoice送り状が送られてきた。2013年4月1日にDHL, GlobalMail Or Air Mailで発送済み、5-14日で着くと言う。

　実際に到着したのは2013年5月13日。40日かかった。これはPCHub社の問題ではなくDHL社の問題だ。ところが到着したファンの外周部が破損しているのだ。



　実際に通電し回転させると振動がある。PCHub.comにメールで交換してもらえないか相談した。

　翌日にはPCHub.comから返信があり、交換してくれると言う。すぐに新たに送るが、手元のファンは返却しなくて良いと言う。

We will send you a replacement via AIRMAIL from our warehouse in China on　15-May-2013 asap.

Refer to our RMA policy, customer are request to send back the defective　item first by their cost and we will send out the replacement upon return items received.

　そして待つことおよそ20日、2013年6月7日の今日品物が届いた。



　通電試験も問題ない。



　回転数は今回受領したファンのほうが一割程度早い。

　これが今回受領したファンの回転数出力波形。2mS/divの波形だから8mSの周期。



　これが破損しているファンの回転数出力波形。同じ2mS/divの波形だから8.8mSの周期。



　破損しているファンを送ってくるのは問題だが、問題を指摘すればその後の対応は早い。。PCHub社でしか手に入らない部品も多いから今後も使っていくことになるだろう。ただ、送料を払ってももっと早く入手したいとは思っている。
