１日より始まった北海道大学サステナビリティ・ウィーク。持続可能な社会の実現に向けた、北海道大学の取り組みを紹介するためのものです。<o:p></o:p>

１１月２日から、学生研究ポスター発表が学術交流会館で行われました。およそ７０件中４０件が、グローバルCOEプログラム「統合フィールド環境科学の教育研究拠点形成」（IFES-GCOE）の大学院博士課程のリサーチアシスタント学生によるもの。最終日の６日、８件が優秀ポスター賞に選ばれ、表彰されました。<o:p></o:p>

様々な研究分野が集まったポスター発表で求められることは、他の分野の研究者にもわかりやすい説明、明確な研究の意義付け、大枠のテーマ（「持続可能な社会の実現」）への関連づけなど。加えて、３分程度で研究のエッセンスを説明できること。<o:p></o:p>

と言うことで、ポスター発表は想像以上に難易度の高いプレゼンテーションの一つです。<o:p></o:p>

さて、来週月曜と火曜日は、シンポジウム「低温科学のフロンティア」が低温科学研究所で開催されます。多くの方のご参加をお待ちしております。<o:p></o:p>
