As of September 30th, Tokaido and Sanyo Shinkansen bullet train services between Tokyo and Hiroshima are suspended. The service between Hiroshima and Hakata are partially operated. Also, JR East has announced that Tohoku, Yamagata, Jōetsu, and Hokuriku Shinkansen bullet trains scheduled to depart after 7:30 pm will be partially cancelled. JR West has suspended the train services of all conventional lines in Kyoto-Osaka-Kobe area. JR East will end its train service in Tokyo at 8 pm. Other railwais, such as Tokyo Metro, are also limited their train service after 30th evening, so please check the latest information on each railway wabsite.
