最近食べたお菓子です。すごく感動したのは、石巻市の「みちのくの味・胡麻かりんとう」です。これは、25年前に食べて以来でした。
まったくと言っていいほど甘みがなく、食べ始めの瞬間は「なんだ、これ味がしない？」「かたくて、油で揚げただけの菓子なの？」と感じますが、噛んでいると絶妙な味わいが出てくるのです。
These are sweets that I recently ate. What really impressed me was the Michinoku no Taste - Sesame Karinto from Ishinomaki City. I had not eaten this since 25 years ago.

It's not sweet at all, and when you first start eating it, you're like, "What's this? "Is it just a hard, deep-fried pastry?" But as you chew it, an exquisite flavour emerges.
