カラオケ屋さんの料金体系は、繁閑に応じて大きく変動します。今朝、私は今年最後のスポーツ1人カラオケをしようと受付をしていたら、年末年始料金が予想外に高かったので、キャンセルしました。

30分10円が250円は納得しても、お一人様を2名分の料金とすることには、「そこまでしてカラオケをすることはない」と思ったのです。

The fee structure of karaoke bars fluctuates greatly depending on the busy season. This morning, I was at the reception desk to do my last sports one-person karaoke of the year, but had to cancel because the year-end and New Year rates were unexpectedly high.

Even though I could accept 250 yen for 10 yen for half an hour, I thought, "There's no way I'm going to go that far to do karaoke," when they decided to charge one person for two.
