久しぶりの都内で1泊、たくさんの学びがありました
Yesterday's breakfast was an APA Hotel lunch box with ginger-grilled pork and grilled mackerel!
It had been a long time since I stayed overnight in Tokyo, and I learned a lot!
本日、私は OB会のお手伝いをしていました。午後4時半近くまでてんやわんや状態でした
来月初旬の定期総会に向け、長寿および功労者への表彰状作成や必要物品を送付しました
ランチは、いつも愛妻弁当（のり段々）で、午後5時から、慶応仲通り「丸一酒場」のちょい飲み反省会に合流し、冷たいレモンサワーを飲みながら、餃子🥟、肉豆腐、枝豆、フライドポテトなどを美味しくいただきました
「丸一酒場」同様に、慶応仲通りの居酒屋前では、「たばこ吸えますよ！」という声を耳にし、「喫煙OK」看板を目にします
Today, I helped out at the alumni association. It was hectic until almost 4:30 p.m.
In preparation for the regular general meeting early next month, I created certificates of commendation for longevity and distinguished service recipients and sent out necessary items.
For lunch, I always had my beloved wife's lunch (Noridandan), and at 5 p.m., I joined a light drinking reflection meeting at Maruichi Sakaba on Keio Nakadori, where I enjoyed gyoza 🥟, meat tofu, edamame, and french fries while drinking cold lemon sour.
Just like Maruichi Sakaba, in front of the izakayas on Keio Nakadori, you can hear people saying, "You can smoke!" and see "Smoking OK" signs.
本日、私はOB会のお手伝いをして、のり段々のお弁当を食べ、午後4時から会議に出席しました
ちょい飲みは、大金星田町店で、生レモンサワーを飲みながら、卵焼き、定番焼きそば、ヒジキとこんにゃくの煮物、肉団子と野菜の黒酢炒め、大きな餃子などを美味しくいただきました
店内のテーブル席で、飲み食べしながらたばこ🚬を吸えました。私はウィンストン・キャビンとploomXキャメルを吸いました
Today, I helped out with the alumni association, ate a lunch box from Noridan, and attended a meeting from 4pm.
I had a quick drink at Daikinboshi Tamachi, where I drank fresh lemon sour and enjoyed tamagoyaki (rolled omelet), the standard yakisoba (fried noodles), hijiki and konnyaku stew, meatballs and vegetables stir-fried with black vinegar, and large gyoza dumplings.
I was able to smoke a cigarette 🚬 while eating and drinking at a table in the restaurant. I smoked a Winston Cabin and a ploomX Camel.
ちょい飲みの締めは、1人で「なぜ蕎麦。」田町店のつけ蕎麦の大盛り800円
食べ終えて、出口に向かって出ようとしたら、自動ドアじゃなくてガーンって頭をぶつけてしまった
超久しぶりに、額にたんこぶができたかな？と思ったけれども、子供の頃からのいし頭、喧嘩の得意わざは頭突きだったから、しばらくしたら痛みも消えて、なんともないよ
To finish off a quick drink, I went to "Naze Soba." Tamachi branch by myself for a large bowl of tsukesoba for 800 yen.
After I finished eating, I was heading towards the exit when I hit my head on the automatic door.
It's been a long time since I've had a bump on my forehead, I thought.
But I've had a bad head since I was a child, and my specialty in fights was headbutting, so after a while the pain went away and I was fine.

午前中、じじいは歯科医院で、入れ歯の型取りをして、愛妻弁当を食べ、12時半からの会議に出ました
午後4時40分に会議が終わり、午後5時からの懇親会に、遅れてはいけないと思い、じじいは走ったのです
Old man, running
In the morning, my grandpa went to the dentist to get his dentures made, ate his wife's lunch, and went to a meeting at 12:30.
The meeting ended at 4:40, and I (the old man) ran to make sure I didn't get late for the social gathering at 5:00.
現在、突貫工事で9月4日OB会定期総会用の議案書（案）を作成しています
ソースネクストの「いきなりPDF」をパソコンにインストールしていたのですが、使い方がよく分かりませんでした
今回、やむに止まれず使ってみたら、Adobe無料版では不可能だった各種編集ができることを知りました
作業がとても進みました
I am currently working on creating a draft agenda for the alumni association's regular general meeting on September 4th.
I had installed SourceNext's "Ikinari PDF" on my computer, but I didn't really know how to use it.
I had no choice but to try it out, and discovered that I could do various edits that were not possible with the free version of Adobe.
I was able to make great progress on my work.
本日も午前10時30分〜午後3時40分まで、息つくいとまなく、 OB会のお手伝いをしました
それが終わったと思ったら、定例の詩吟教室で午後5時40分まで、4人の生徒さんたちにお稽古をつけ、自分も和歌「敷島の」を含め、声の限り吟詠させていただきました
さらに、男性生徒さんと専売ビル地下の「しゃら」でちょい飲みし、とても込み入った話し合いをしました
私はレモンサワーと日本酒を飲み、したたか酔っぱらいました
帰路、京浜東北線で蒲田駅から座れましたが、すぐに寝落ちし、おまけに乗り越しました
しかし、本日、この間のつらい懸案事項について、ようやく先に光明が見え、久しぶりに安堵した次第です
というわけで、直近のランチお弁当も投稿させていただきます
妻に感謝を込めて！
Today, I helped out at the alumni association from 10:30am to 3:40pm without a moment to catch my breath.
Just when I thought that was done, I gave lessons to four students at the regular shigin class until 5:40pm, and recited the waka poem "Shikishima no" as loud as I could.
Furthermore, I had a few drinks with a male student at "Shara" in the basement of the Tobari building, and had a very detailed discussion.
I drank lemon sour and sake and got really drunk.
On the way home, I was able to get a seat on the Keihin Tohoku line at Kamata station, but I fell asleep immediately and ended up overdue.
However, today, I finally saw a ray of hope at the end of the difficult pending issue that I had been working on recently, and I felt relieved for the first time in a long time.
So, I will also post the lunches I have had for the last five times.

先日、私は午前11時から三田の歯医者🦷で、右前歯の治療をしてから、午後3時40分まで、 OB会のお手伝いと、旧盆の過ごし方などについて、てんやわんやでした
そのあと、 OB会の相方と今後の打ち合わせを含め、2時間ほど慶応中通りの居酒屋でちょい飲みしました
ちょい飲みを終えて、わが家での夕飯はいらないと言ってしまったので、舎鈴田町店に入り、つけ麺大盛りを食べています
71歳のジジイでも、大盛り楽勝です
The otherday, I went to a dentist in Mita from 11:00 am to get my right front tooth treated, and then from 3:40 pm, I was busy helping out with the alumni association and thinking about how to spend the Obon festival.
After that, I had a few drinks with my alumni association partner at a bar on Keio Nakadori for about two hours, including discussing future plans.
After the few drinks, I said I didn't want dinner at my house, so I went to the Sha-rin Tamachi branch and had a large bowl of tsukemen.
Even a 71-year-old old man can easily eat a large bowl.
