I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for nine years and
one hundred and fifty-nine days in a row.
I was able to keep 21-time push-ups for the thirty-seventh straight
day and greater than 9-time push-ups for the one hundred and forty-
third consecutive day.

In Nagoya it has been raining, sometimes heavily and sometimes just a
little, since around 10 p.m. last night.
I feel that it is actually cold and I need much more sunlight.

In Aichi prefecture, the spread of the new coronavirus is indeed calming
down little by little, and I think that what we need now is "hope".
I know we have to be afraid of the second wave of the spread of covid-19,
but at the same time, I think that we have to remember that some treatment
drugs will be in front of us pretty soon, and that vaccine administration
will start some day in the near future.

and fifty-eight days in a row.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for the one hundred and
forty-second successive day including the most recent thirty-six days
of 20-time push-ups.

It is normally sunny, not to say beautifully sunny, in Nagoya and I
feel clouds in the sky are increasing in number.
The emergency declaration imposed on Aich prefecture was lifted as of
yesterday together with other 38 prefecutures across Japan.
For better or worse, the new phase to be on guard against the new
coronavirus has begun.....I have to remember "Carelessness is one of
the greatest enemies".

fifty-five days in a row.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for the one hundred and
thirty-ninth successive day including the latest thirty-three days of
21-time push-ups.

It is greatly beautifully sunny in Nagoya and it is very crisp.
On such a nice day I really wish I were able to go somewhere to take
a walking tour in a unfamiliar town, but I cannot because of the new
coronavirus pandemic.
I'm very afraid of a possible people jam after the declaration of the
state of emergency is lifted.

Anyway, I am also very afraid that I have still been unable to buy
one face mask since early this year.
