I was able to keep no-smoking for five years and 107 days in a row.
I also was able to keep 16-time push-ups for the second consecutive day
and over 12-time push-ups for the eighteenth successive day.

I feel it's still windy and cold today.
My work schedule has been changed and next week's holiday of mine will be Thursday.
So, I have to pray that the best time for Cherry Blossom Viewing in Nagoya
will be that day, one day after the day forecasted by weather ladies.
Anyway, I'm likely to have only one day to enjoy the blossoms this year,
and I really want the day to be sunny with blue skies.

It has been five years and 106 days in a row since I kicked smoking.
I managed to try increasing the number of push-ups by only one time to 16
times and kept more than 12-time push-ups for the seventeenth straight day.

It's greatly sunny in Nagoya today but actually it's windy and cold.
It was a little hard to come to my workplace by bike due maily to
the strong north wind.
Even so, I can see the good side of it.
I mean cold weather will delay the best time in my favor to visit a
viewing site of cherry blossoms.
Weather ladies say the best time will be next Wednesday, but I realy hope
it will be next Friday, which will be my holiday.＾＾；；；

Five years and 105 days in a row have passed since I stopped smoking.
I was able to keep over 12-time push-ups for the sixteenth consecutive day
and 15-time push-ups for the thirteenth successive day.

I managed to made changes in my PC and successed in stopping forced reboot
with the message of "Critical_Structure_Corruption（？）".
I followed the articles of some websites.
I uninstalled a DiXiM-made application and its two device drivers from the PC.
I don't know why exactly, but actually my PC has never experienced a reboot since then.
What a relief!＾＾

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for 104 days in a row.
I was able to keep 15-time push-ups for the twelfth successive day and
more than 12-time push-ups for the fifteenth straight day.

Yesterday I managed to upgraded my PC from win 8.1 to win 10 after making
"clean install media" with a disk and a USB memory.
Actually, my PC sometimes is forced to reboot after that though I don't know why.
I'm wondering if I should do "clean install" from win 10, not from win8.1.
Anyway, I have to check this online.

I also was able to keep over 12-time push-ups for the thirteenth consecutive
day including the latest ten days of 15 times of them.

Happily and a little surprisingly, Nagoya declared the opening of cherry blossoms
yesterday, about one week earlier than last year....just as I had anticipated.
Well, I have to carefully make a plan for viewing of them because the season
for cherry blossoms is highly likely to end by March 31.
Anyway, according to my work schedule.....Oh, my....
I have no choice but to go next Saturday....I wish I had a few more days.
