Five years and ninety days in a row have passed since I got rid of my smoking habit.
I was able to resume push-ups yesterday from 13 times and hope to
increase the number little by little.

It's warm with the predicted highest temperature of 20 degrees in Nagoya
just like weather forecasters said yesterday.
Since their forecasts has proved right, it is highly likely that it'll
get much colder next Saturday with the predicted highest temperature of
only 10 degrees, down as many as 10 degrees from today.
Anyway, I have to enjoy this spring-like warmth and then I have to get
mentally prepared for the ensuing wintery cold.
