Walking：０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

I was able to keep no-smoking for five years and 107 days in a row.
I also was able to keep 16-time push-ups for the second consecutive day
and over 12-time push-ups for the eighteenth successive day.

I feel it's still windy and cold today.
My work schedule has been changed and next week's holiday of mine will be Thursday.
So, I have to pray that the best time for Cherry Blossom Viewing in Nagoya
will be that day, one day after the day forecasted by weather ladies.
Anyway, I'm likely to have only one day to enjoy the blossoms this year,
and I really want the day to be sunny with blue skies.
