Daily Routine

Push-ups：１６ times
Walking：４０＋４０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

It has been five years and 106 days in a row since I kicked smoking.
I managed to try increasing the number of push-ups by only one time to 16
times and kept more than 12-time push-ups for the seventeenth straight day.

It's greatly sunny in Nagoya today but actually it's windy and cold.
It was a little hard to come to my workplace by bike due maily to
the strong north wind.
Even so, I can see the good side of it.
I mean cold weather will delay the best time in my favor to visit a
viewing site of cherry blossoms.
Weather ladies say the best time will be next Wednesday, but I realy hope
it will be next Friday, which will be my holiday.＾＾；；；
