Five years and fifty-six days in a row have passed since I got rid of my smoking habit.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the eighth successive day including
the most recent four days of 11 times of them.

It's beautifully sunny again in Nagoya and I can see Mt. Ontake toward northeast
and other mountains in the distance which I cannot see in summer.
I've been wondering about it for a while, but why things look more beautiful
in a cold wind than usual.
Anyway, if I remember right, Risshun is just around the corner.
I may have to start planning on this year's cherry blossom viewing.
