I was able to keep no-smoking for five years and sixty-eight days in a row.
I'm going to stop doing push-ups at least until tomorrow, and decide
on whether to resume them the day after tomorrow.

I had a sharp pain in my left year last night and the pain has gone now.
I'm wondering if it was the pain of gout which has sometimes attacked me for many years.
Usually, such a pain disappear in one or two days, so I have not consulted with a doctor.
Anyway, after warm Sunday, the wintry cold has come back again with the forecast
highest temperature of below 10 degrees in Nagoya.
Just a little more patience, because March is coming in only two weeks.
Let's survive this chilly weather.
