jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for five years and seventy-eight days in a row.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the seventh consecutive day including
the latest four days of 12-time push-ups.

It is beautifully sunny today again in Nagoya and I enjoyed seeing the clear
mountains covered with snow in the distance.
I've noticed that the twinkling on the surface of the river on my way to the
workplace has been decreasing little by little, which means spring is steadily
drawing nearer and nearer.
Actually, I cannot afford to have regret at parting with winter cold and
I'm really looking forward to cherry blossoms.＾＾；
