jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

I was able to keep no-smoking for five years and seventy-seven days in a row.
I also was able to keep 12-time push-ups for the third successive day and
more than 9-time push-ups for the sixth straight day.

It's beautifully sunny today again in Nagoya.
Though weather reports say the highest temperature will be 10 degrees,
I feel it much warmer now and I think it's likely to be 12 degrees or more.
There are many street stalls near a shrine on my way to the workplace
because today is a shrine ritual and if I remember right, some 20 men
will take to the river near the shrine.
Anyway, I have to pray for their safety because it's still cold enough
to catch cold after taking to the river.
