I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for the one
year and two hundred and seventy-seventh consecutive day
including the most recent two days of 23-time push-ups.
It is greatly sunny in Nagoya with plenty of sunlight
although the typhoon #16 keeps moving toward the north
and approaching the Japanese archipelago.
I feel that the humidity is getting lower than in summer
and I am sure that we have entered into the season of
autumnal weather.
I have started preparation for a long-distance walking
scheduled for October.
