I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for ten
years and two hundred and eighty-one days in a row.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by only one
time to 21 times and keep greater than 9-time push-ups for the
one year and two hundred and sixty-fifth straight day.

It has been cloudy in Nagoya and sometimes sunny with a little
higher humidity, but it is not so hot.
Honestly, I was a little surprised at this morning's weather
forecasts, which said that the typhoon #14 will steer a direct
course toward Nagoya....OMG!
Actually, I am shocked into silence.
