Ten years and two hundred and seventy-one days in a row have
passed since I broke free from cigarettes.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by only one time
to 21 times and kept at least 10-time push-ups for the one year
and two hundred and fifty-fifth consecutive day.

It is sunny in Nagoya today with plenty of sunlight and, I feel,
relatively low humidity.
This morning's lowest temperature was 21.9 degrees.
Which means I may catch a cold if I sleep with light clothing.
Although the predicted highest temperature today is still 30
degrees, autumnal crisp weather must be steadily coming nearer.
Well.....I think that the best time to clean my office has come.
