since I kicked smoking.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by two times
to 23 times and kept more than 9-time push-ups for the one
year and two hundred and sixty-sixth consecutive day.

It has been cloudy and sometimes sunny in Nagoya with the
predicted highest temperature of 26 degrees, which means
it is not too hot or not too cool.
Yesterday's weather forecast on the typhoon #14 has been
changed, saying that the typhoon will pass over the sea
to the south of Nagoya.
Anyway, I really pray that there will be no casualties
in areas near the path of the typhoon.
