I have been able to keep smoke-free for ten years and two
hundred and eighty-five days in a row.
I felt my body was so heavy yesterday and I decreased the
number of push-ups by three times to 20 times, and kept
greater than 9-time push-ups for the one year and two
hundred and sixty-ninth successive day.

Although it was quite cloudy and looked like it was going
to start raining while I was riding my bike on my way to
the workplace this morning, it is now quite sunny in Nagoya.
The predicted highest temperature is 30 degrees today again,
and in fact I feel it is a little too hot without using an
electric fan but it is a little too cold with the fan.
