It has been ten years and two hundred and seventy-two days in
a row since I stopped smoking.
I tried increasing the number of push-up by two times to 23
times, and kept greater than 9-time push-ups for the one year
and two hundred and fifty-sixth successive day.

It is greatly and beautifully sunny in Nagoya with the predicted
highest temperatue of 28 degrees.
Now it is 25.5 degrees with low humidity and no winds, which means
it is comfortably sunny, I feel.
When I use an electric fan, I feel just a little cold.
It might be a little too hot for a walking, but actually, it
must be the best for staying inside without air conditioning.
