I have been able to keep smoke-free for ten years and two
hundred and seventy-seven days in a row.
I felt that my body was pretty heavy, so I decreased the
number of push-ups by as many as four times from the preveious
record to 20 times, and kept over 9-time push-ups for the one
year and two hundred and sixty-first consecutive day.

It is sunny and sometimes cloudy in Nagoya with the predicted
highest temperature of 28 degrees, which is not so high.
