I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for eight years and
sixteen days in a row.
I was able to keep at least 12-time push-ups for the eighth consecutive
day including the most recent two days of 20-time push-ups.
It is cloudy in Nagoya maybe because the typhoon #20 is approaching.
Weather ladies say the typhoon will be tranformed into an extratropical
cyclone, which has made me feel relieved since I'm very afraid of a storm.
Now, I really feel like doing a walking in an unfamiliar town.
I mean I feel the need to do something just for a change.
I just want to escape from my everyday life, which has recently been stressful.
