Eight years and three hundred and four days in a row have passed
since I kicked smoking.

It is completely beautifully sunny in Nagoya and there are no clouds
in the blue skies with low humidity, and it is perfectly crisp.
I am 200% sure that today is the best day for enjoying a walking.
...but I still have the low back pain and the sore throat.
I am really sorry for having to avoid any physical exercises.
But actually only one good thing is...that I had a movement.
