I was able to keep no-smoking for eight years and three hundred and
one days in a row.
I was able to keep greater than 18-time push-ups for the tenth straight
day including the most recent six days of 23-time push-ups.
It is greatly sunny in Nagoya and it must be typically autumnal weather,
which means it is not too hot and it is crisp with low humidity.
I've started feeling a little cold while using an elctric fan.
By the way, very very very unfortunately, I've got a severe low back pain again.
I'm very afraid that I have to stop doing any physical exercises including
push-ups and jogging-on-the-spot.
I also may have to give up doing a planned walking in an unfamiliar town this month.
