It has been eight years and three hundred and five days in a row
since I broke my smoking habit.

I tried resuming standing-on-one-foot from 10 minutes each, and
I hope to resume other physical exercises little by little in the
very near future after the low back pain has completely disappeared.
The sore throat has brought a runny nose and mild coughs.
I'm wondering that I might have a frog in the throat.
Anyway, I would like to believe my symptoms have taken a change for the better.
