I was able to keep no-smoking for eight years and fifty days in a row.
I tried increasing the number of push-ups by 5 times to 15 times, and
kept more than 9-time push-ups for the second straight day.
It's very very cold and a little dark due to thick clouds in Nagoya.
The temperature is now as low as 6.7 degrees.
Anyway I need much more sunlight.
According to weather officials on TV, now is in the center of the codest
period of the coldest season or Daikan.
Since this winter season has been with tendency to a mild winter,
I feel this cold weather is really tough.
