Eight years and forty-three days in a row have passed since I shook off
a bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep greater than 19-time push-ups for the tenth successive
day including the latest two days of 23 times of them.
I did jogging-on-the-spot for 10 minutes in the morning yesterday, but
very very sadly and unfortunately, I got a severe low back pain in the
afternoon yesterday, and the pain is still severe and here.
I had to take LOXONINE and I've decided not to do any physical exercises.
I'm terribly afraid I have to stop preparation for a planned long-distance
walking in spring....but I still have enough time to recover.
Now all I can do is just to wait for the pain to disappear.
