Eight years and twenty-nine days in a row have passed since I broke my smoking habit.
I was able to keep 22-time push-ups for the thirty-seventh successive day
and greater than 14-time push-ups for the eightieth straight day.
It is greatly sunny in Nagoya and I feel it's very cold.
The predicted highest temperature in Nagoya is 9 degrees, which I think
is pretty normal for January's temperatures.
Weather officials say this year's winter cold will be milder than usual.
And actually I feel they are correct.
I really hope this tendency of a mild winter will continue until the
beginning of the warmth of spring.
