I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for eight years and
twenty-eight days in a row.
I was able to keep at least 15-time push-ups for the seventy-ninth
consecutive day including the latest thirty-six days of 22 times of them.
It's sunny and sometimes cloudy in Nagoya today.
I feel it's not so cold though I don't know the reason.
Maybe, I'm wondering that it's because of high humidity.
Anyway, I need much more sunlight.
By the way, I have been doing jogging-on-the-spot for four days in a row
as part of preparation for a long-distance walking planned in May.
