Daily Routine

Push-ups:０

Standing with one leg　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０

I could keep no-smoking for two years and 109 days in a row.
Eleven days have passed since I got the severe pain in my right shoulder and elbow.
The pain in my right elbow is very persistent and I'm really afraid that my mucsles of
upper arms and chest must have been weakened so that I may not do even 20-time push-ups.
I really need much more patience until the pain has completely gone.
Only one thing I feel good is that the pain steadily getting milder little by little.
