I could keep no-smoking for two years and 104 days in a row.
Although I'm really afraid that my arms muscle will get weakened, I have to stop doing
push-ups and have not done them for the sixth straight day.
Last night while walking, I felt little pain in my right elbow, but actually this morning
I felt the pain and the pain is still here now.
I really hope it'll disappear as soon as possible.
The pain in my shoulder, low back. chest and upper arm has almost gone, so the symptoms are
getting milder and milder, I think.
