Walking: 15+15 minutes
Standing with one leg :10 minutes each
Cigarettes:0
Although it's still so hard for me, I could increasing the number of push-ups by one time to
22 times, and kept over-20-time push-ups for the third straight day.
I also kept no-smoking for two years and 84 days in a row.
After a spring-like mild day, it's got again so cold and so windy today, and I really hope
such a winter-like day will never come back again in March.
Anyway I really have to start planning to go and enjoy Japanese apricot or Ume, and then
cherry blossoms, of course.
