I could completely recover 10-minute standing-with-one-leg-each yesterday and hope to continue
it as long as possible, and I could increased the number of push-ups by one time to 21 times
and kept over-20-time push-ups for the second straight day.
I also could keep no-smoking for two years and 83 days in a row.
Very happily, I have NOT drunk any sake for the eighth straight day from the beginning of the
Icho-Kaze I got last Thursday, and I really hope to quit sake if possible, taking this opportunity.
Very very happily, at last, some first normal stool since the Icho-Kaze came out last night.
