I've not done push-ups for the third straight day and today, again, I've decided not to do
them due mainly to the very severe pain in my right upper arm.
Actually the pain in my right shoulder and chest has almost disappeared but the pain in my
right elbow and upper arm is still here.
I could keep no-smoking for two years and 101 days in a row.
It's actully nice day today, but I'm very afraid that I cannot enjoy such a typically
spring-like day because of the pain.
I really hope the pain will have completely disappear by a time when I can enjoy cherry blossoms.
I have to pray for it.
