I tried increasing the number of push-ups by just one time to 26 times, and kept over-25-
time push-ups for the second sraight day.
I also kept no-smoking for two years and 90 days in a row.
It's actually warmer than yesterday and will be a spring-like daywith the highest temperature
of nearly 20 degrees in Nagoya.
I was planning to go and enjoy Ume blossoms at Nagoya Agricultural Center, but according to
the Internet information of a flower forecast, its blossoms will only open about one-tenth
or two-tenths, so I've decided not to go....I hope to have enough time to go there next week.
