Daily Routine

Push-ups:２８
Walking: ５５ minutes
Standing with one leg　：０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０

Since I didn't have enough time last night, I didn't do standing-with-one-leg for the first
time in a very long time.
I increased the number of push-ups by two times to 28 times and kept over-25-time push-ups
for the fourth straight day, but actually I've got severe stiffness in my right shoulder, so
I may not do push-ups today.
I could keep no-smoking for two years and 98 days in a row.
Although I planned to do a middle-distance walking in the very near futrue, actually I've
not become able to do it because my work schedule has been changed.
Anyway I hope to do it on another chance.
