Standing with one leg　：１０ minutes each

I've decided to stop doing push-ups because a very severe pain in my right elbow still
continute to be here and a kind of heating sheet seems not to have worked.
Maybe a kind of cooling sheet will work because it's usually pasted with some pain relief
medicine, and I really hope that it works.
I kept no-smoking for two years and 102 days in a row.
Anyway the pain is now making me stop writing here.
