I tried increasing the number of push-ups by just one time to 24 times, and kept over-20-time
push-ups for the second straight day.
I also kept no-smoking for one year and 169 days in a row.
It's greatly sunny and indeed a little too hot, maybe.
I tried Mate-cha for the first time....Well, so so.
Anyway I have to do walking again because I'm planning to go to a mountain in the near future.
