Again I tried increasing the number of push-ups by just one time to 27 times and I really felt
it so hard for me to do over 25 times, but I kept over-20-time push-ups for the third straight day.
I also could keep no-smoking for one year and 144 days in a row.
It's been raining but as the temperatures are not low, it's not a cold rain, so I wore a capa
on my way to the work place by my bike.
If I remember right, it's very rare that rainy days continue in this period of the year.
Anyway I'm looking forward to spring-like sunshine as soon as possible.
