I didn't do push-ups intentionally again yesterday because I felt a ittle pain and fatigue in
my chest, and I hope to resume them as soon as possible.
I kept no-smoking for one year and 158 days in a row.
It's greatly sunny and may be the best just like one of the typical crisp May days.
Actually I almost forgot to take medicine for Boukou-en in the morning...This may mean
I feel the disease may have completely gone....I really hope so.
