Seven days have passed since I decided to stop doing push-ups.
I plan to go and see the doctor and if my boukou-en is cured, I'd like to resume them as soon
as possible.
I kept no-smoking for one year and 153 days in a row.
It's greatly sunny in Nagoya, but actually it's windy and I feel a little cold.
I hope to do a middle-distance walking again some day in May after recovering from the disease.
