Daily Routine

Push-ups: ２３
Walking: ９５＋３０ minutes
Standing with one leg　：０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０

I resumed push-ups after a one-day break from 23 times, down 2 times from the previous record.
I could keep no-smoking for one year and 168 days in a row.
I went and enjoyed Kinjo-Futo in Nagoya Port, and did walking about 95 minutes.
Actually the view is not so bad...I mean the view of ships is good...but actually because
many cars and trucks were running there, the air was not so good.
I also went to Furniture Dome where I took a toilet break and a little hydration.
Well, if possible, I'd like to go there again and enjoy a JR museum for linear motor trains.
